Question
How does the Reports API pricing work?
Applies To
- Reports API
Answer
Reports API is available in two pricing plans shown in the table below:
Pay As you Go
This pricing model is available for both Prepaid and Postpaid customers.
See pricing examples here.
CDRs (Call Detail Records) are server logs and transactional records of your usage of Vonage Communication APIs.
The number of CDRs retrieved by Reports API cannot be estimated upfront however you can use the Customer Dashboard - Analytics to get an idea about the number of records which will be returned.
You can also monitor your usage with the “REPORTS-USAGE” product within the Reports API.
Please note: The Reports API allows you to retrieve Call Details Records (CDRs) either synchronously or asynchronously. The price of each report is available in the response only for synchronously created reports.
Please consider moving to Unlimited Plan if you are planning to use Reports API with a high number of CDRs.
Unlimited Plan
Unlimited pricing model is available for Postpaid customers. If you would like to switch to this pricing model please contact your Account Manager or submit a request to our Support Team.
