Procedure
A Fallback Condition is referred to as an Else condition in a flow, it is applied for the case where the user sends any unexpected text in the flow, then the Fallback Condition is set to proceed with further steps for user journey.
A default step is assigned to a fallback condition for all created message templates with added condition. You can select & assign a different step(message) for a Fallback condition.
Step 1: To change the Fallback condition click on Click here to change the Go to step option.
Step 2: Now Select the step you want to set as the fallback condition and click on save
