Question

A managed customer reported that they cannot reactivate their account from the "Reactivate my account" menu on their dashboard.

This is expected. Unmanaged customers can do that themselves but managed customers cannot as explained in https://confluence.vonage.com/display/APIOP/Video+Pricing+FAQ+for+API+Deal+Desk

The Account Manager needs to raise a PDO ticket in this case.
