Why am I getting a "Bad Credentials" error when submitting an SMS API request.

Answer
You will encounter this error when you api-key or api-secret is wrong, please check your credentials. Also, if you have requested to restrict incoming source IP addresses, this error appears if the HTTP request is not sent from the permitted list. Please submit a support request to add the new IP address ranges.
