US networks don't allow traffic that doesn't come from registered numbers (Long Numbers or short codes).
For Trading customers and unlike normal customers, when we route them to the US, we ask them not to send a Long Virtual Number, and we replace their sender with one of the Long Numbers from our long number random pool in order to allow aggregators/resellers to send this traffic. These customers must have the following capabilities disabled in the dashboard: 'us-random', 'disable must own lvn' , 'disable per sender throttle'. The routes for these customers with the above options disabled are : voxox-lvn or aasmartcom . This is the default routing for the Trading Group for the US routes but if they are not in the Trading Group, they will need to be routed through one of those and be reminded that Marketing is not allowed.
