What are the delivery gateways in France?
What are the time restrictions for sending SMS to France?
Answer
Traffic to France Orange, SFR, Free and Bouygues can be sent through of several different gateways depending on the traffic type. For example:
Orangefr: Standard Orange gateway is for Marketing and not allowed to send overnight or Sundays
Orangefr-delivery: Transactional-only traffic 24/7
Numeric originators are replaced by a short code. The short code it is replaced with, will depend on traffic type as above:
36179--> For Direct Marketing (must add STOP) i.e default routes
38058 --> Content Delivery (shared for OT/transactional) i.e delivery routes
36187 --> Direct marketing (must add STOP) i.e splio route
38061 -->Zipcar transactional route
38062 -->Blablacar transactional route
Alpha senders are not replaced
