In Admin dashboard edit the user and select "SMPP Enabled" box (make sure to de-select "HTTP Forwarding Enabled").
From the Zone drop-down menu, select based on the following:
- cluster-0 -> connection to smpp0.nexmo.com
- cluster-1(wdc4) -> connection to smpp1.nexmo.com and smpp2.nexmo.com simultaneously and at all times (AMER & EMEA clients)
- cluster-2(sng1) -> connection to smpp3.nexmo.com and smpp4.nexmo.com simultaneously and at all times (APAC clients)
