Symptom
PayPal payments have been done successfully in the past and the auto-reload functionality is active.
Applies To
- PayPal
- Auto-Reload
- Billing and Payment
Resolution
Contact PayPal to resolve this issue.
It is recommended that you set up the auto-reloads in a higher amount, such as €200 or €500 etc, so that there are less frequent top ups happening and your usage isn't continually more than your current balance.
Cause
If there have been multiple payments on the same day (both auto-reloads and manual, one time payments), PayPal may stop authorizing the payments. When it happens for the same amount regularly they stop them as a precaution.
